Timeless Southern Remodel

This project involved a full-scale renovation that transformed the home both functionally and visually. Interior improvements included the extension of the living room to create a larger, more open gathering space. The home received all new hardwood flooring, with new carpet in select areas, along with fresh interior paint and custom wallpaper throughout. The kitchen was fully remodeled with updated layout, finishes, and fixtures.

Two existing bathrooms were remodeled, and the former primary bathroom was repurposed into a dedicated gun safe room. A new primary suite was added onto the existing primary bedroom, creating a private retreat that includes a laundry room and a new bathroom featuring heated tile floors and a spa-like shower and bathtub.

The home was completely updated with all-new electrical wiring and fixtures, as well as all-new plumbing and heating and air systems, bringing it up to modern standards. Rustic beams milled from a gumwood tree located on the property were installed, adding a distinctive, one-of-a-kind interior feature.

Exterior improvements included the addition of three new dormers to the roof, new siding, a covered outdoor patio, and a new exterior fireplace, expanding the home’s footprint and enhancing its outdoor living spaces.
